On May 3, 2024, the Alsame Executive Board awarded Alsame scholarships to ten high school seniors across Michigan at the Alsame Latino Youth Conference hosted by Davenport University. 122 students applied, making this the most competitive application process in Alsame’s history.
A total of $25,000 will be awarded to students, largely thanks to Alsame institutional members and sponsors. The Alsame Scholarship Committee, led by Dr. Gabriel Jesus Escobedo, Cynthia Martinez, and Giuliana Estrada, reviewed every single application, and we would like to take a moment to recognize them for their time and efforts.
Congratulations to the 2024 Alsame Scholarship Recipients!
