Over 23 Michigan high schools are expected to be represented at the 2022 Youth Conference

The 2022 Alsame Conference Committee is happy to share that as of May 2nd, the high schools listed below will be represented at this year’s conference! A big thank you goes out to the high school counselors and chaperones that will be accompanying students from all across Michigan. The annual Alsame Latino Youth Conference would not be possible without the support of counselors and educators – Gracias!

Academy of the Americas High School, Ann Arbor Pioneer Public High School, Battle Creek Central, Catholic Central HS, Cesar Chavez Academy High School, Covenant House, Fennville Public School, Godwin Heights High School, Grand Rapids Catholic Central, Harper Creek High School, Harper Woods High School, Hart High School, Hope Academy of West Michigan, Innovation Central High School, Kalamazoo Central High School, Kelloggsville High School, Lakeview High School, Lee High School, Shelby High School, Southwest Middle/High, Union High School, Western International High School, and Wyoming High School.

Please note that the list above may not include high schools represented within TRIO, Upward Bound, Challenge Scholars and Gear Up programs that will be making the trip to the conference.

1,000 high school students are expected to attend the Alsame Latino Youth Conference on May 6, 2022 at Grand Valley State University. More information on this year’s conference can be found here.
